Venue notes Parking is available in the Dolphin Shopping Centre Car Park. Delph meeting room is above Poole Central Library (within the Dolphin Centre). If you arrive out of library opening hours please press the buzzer on the left for ' Family and Inclusion Services' and a member of staff will release the door for you. Go into the library and takes the stairs on the left up to Delph meeting room.

Event Description This course is open to Borough of Poole registered childminders, practitioners working in group settings based in Poole and EYFS staff working in Borough of Poole schools. This course is also open to early years practitioners working outside of the Borough.

This training is across two evenings (you must attend both) and is to increase your understanding of the importance of safeguarding children. This training is for practitioners and not for the designated person in the childcare setting. 
Event Outcomes At the end of this event childcare practitioners will have a greater knowledge of safeguarding policies, procedures and good practice.
